How many crackers do you recommend I eat at once?

We recommend eating 4-5 crackers at a time in order to have 12-15 grams of fiber - which is nearly half the daily suggestion (talk about efficiency!) 

Each cracker contains 30-35 calories (depending on flavor), 1.5 grams net carbs, and 3 grams of fiber! 


What ingredients are in Bessties?

In formulating Bessties, it was very important to us to focus on clean, whole ingredients that are sourced from only organic farms. Our products are free from free from all chemicals, additives, GMOs, and any other bad ingredients you can’t pronounce. 

These power packed ingredients support a well rounded diet, aid in digestion, boost gut health, and Besst of all, taste delicious.

  • Wheat Bran: Super high in fiber - Bessties are full of both soluble and insoluble fiber which work together to optimize gut health and maximize nutrition

  • Are Bessties compliant with other diets? F-Factor, WW, Keto, etc?

    They definitely are! Bessties are high in fiber, low in calories and net carbs making them the perfect F-Factor staple. Each cracker is only ½ a point on WW and only 2 net carbs. Rest easy knowing that you can add flavor and fiber to your diet while complying with specific needs. 

    Does organic really matter?

    Yes, yes, yes! Certified organic means that our ingredients are sourced from farms that follow organic principles and are free from all additives and chemicals. Our grains are glyphosate free which means you are eating the cleanest fiber.


    What is fiber and why is it important?

    FIBER = Non-digestible part of the carbohydrate 

    Fiber is the miracle carb. It is a healthy, low calorie, low net-carb carbohydrate. Fiber passes through your body’s digestive system undigested until it reaches the large intestine, or colon. Insoluble fiber retains water once it enters the digestive system and sweeps waste through the large intestine.

    Why do I need to drink water when increasing my fiber intake? 

    Drink with water for Besst Results. Insoluble fiber remains in your digestive tract longer, minimizing the risk of overeating, to promote a healthy digestive system. Hydrating with water while consuming fiber is critical. Water helps to move the fiber through your system to achieve maximum benefit while helping you feel fuller for longer.
